How does the pregnancy package work

On purchase of the pregnancy package you will receive a confirmation email with a link to an intake form. You will then receive your personalised initial support plan within 3 days of completing the intake form.

Each trimester of pregnancy following this, you will continue to receive reminders email for follow up support and preparing for birth and postpartum support . These will include a link to new forms for you to provide your updated information and requirements to allow me to reassess your current needs and provide updated advice. If you require additional pregnancy conditions support you can seek this by emailing regan@blossominglifenutrition.com.au.

All details of support provided will also be included in your confirmation email for you to refer back to at any time.
